We just received an email regarding Lending Club 2013 taxes. Since one of my main concerns before investing in peer to peer lending was the tax implications I thought it would be good to dedicate a page to this. Below you will find links from Lending Club to several sections regarding tax documents. We will continue to add to this page as we receive our tax documents and file for 2013. One of the most important pieces is that your 2013 IRS 1099 Forms from Lending Club will be available no later than January 31, 2014.
Update: I have received my 1099 form and can now proceed to file my taxes.
